5. The management host can receive the call of any extension and the alarm of the four zones (fire alarm, air alarm, burglary alarm, emergency alarm), and store 200 call and alarm signals cyclically.
6. The door machine can call the unit extension and management host of the unit, and communicate with the two-way intercom (visual intercom), and there is an arbitrarily changed password unlocking function for each unit of the unit extension.
7. The door host has a timed automatic fault retrieval program, which can detect the short circuit, open circuit and short circuit fault between each line of the extension bus in time, and give the symbol display of short circuit and open circuit fault in time, and cut off and Signal connections from other systems isolate faults.
(2) Use and operation of the central management host
1. Calling the household extension
● Press the corresponding building number (3 digits) + room number (4 digits) of the extension and press the “port” button to select the extension to call. After hearing the ringtone, wait for the extension to answer the phone. If the door machine is working, The management host displays "Busy", and when busy, it will be dialed later.
● The call time is 90 seconds. Pressing any button from 0-9 can delay the call.
2. Call the door host
● Press the corresponding building number (3 digits) + "0000" for the door machine and press the "port" button to hear the ringing tone. Wait for the door machine to answer. Press any button on the host (0-9). Delayed calls.
● Press the “unlock” button to open the electronic lock for the door (you can also unlock it during a call).
● The call time is 90 seconds. Pressing any button from 0-9 can delay the call.
3. Monitor the image of the front door of the door
●According to the door machine corresponding to the 3rd digit of the building number, press the “port” button to actively monitor the image of the front door. The monitoring time is 25 seconds. Each time the “0-9 or #” key is pressed, the delay can be 25 seconds.
● During the monitoring process, the host will display “Busy” and lock the keyboard. If you press “*”, it can be interrupted.
4. Receiving the call and answer of the door machine
● After receiving the call from the door machine, the host rings, the screen displays the front door image of the door, the window displays the building number of the door machine + "0000", press the "1-9, port" button to enter the duplex call. Press the “unlock” button to turn on the electronic lock.
● The call time is 90 seconds. Each operation of the host 0-9 button can delay the call.
●When receiving a call from the door machine, if no one answers, after 30 seconds of ringing, the host will automatically clear and return to the standby state.
● Regardless of the state of the management host (call flashing status or alarm flashing status), the host does not affect the storage of extension calls and alarm signals. 5. Receive call, alarm and response from the household extension
● After receiving the call from the household extension, the host rings, the window displays the building number + room number, press the “port” callback button, and wait for the extension to pick up the phone after hearing the ringing tone. If the management host is unanswered, after 20 seconds of ringing, the room number will be displayed and the signal will be stored.
●When receiving the alarm signal of the household extension (fire alarm, air alarm, burglary alarm, alarm), the host window displays the building number + unit number + room number of the alarm extension, and the alarm tone is sounded at the same time, and the corresponding alarm indicator lights. After 20 seconds, the alarm ringing stops, the alarm room number and the alarm indicator enter the flashing state, press the “port” callback button, and after hearing the ringing tone of the extension, wait for the extension to pick up the phone and answer.
5. Query the operation procedure of the alarm signal
● The management host has an alarm signal for the household extension and a memory function for the missed call signal, and the maximum capacity of the cyclic storage is 200.
● To query the stored alarm or call signal, press the “Up” and “Down” keys to scroll through the user ID numbers of the alarm or call. When you are sure to talk to the alarm resident, press the “口” button. Call back, hear the ringback tone, wait for the extension to pick up the phone and ask for the police.
● The management host does not affect the display and storage of other extension calls and alarm signals in the receiving network when talking with any extension or door machine in the cell.
(3) Use and operation of the door host
Continuously input “##923130168” on the host keyboard, and let the host enter the building number and unit number setting program, then input the 3-digit value continuously, press “#” to confirm (the building number is 001-255), the building number If there are less than three, please add "0" to the front to make up three. For example, if the input number is "123", it means that the door is the 123rd building of the community.
1. Call this unit household extension
According to the three-digit or four-digit unit extension room number, strobe the called extension, hear the ringback tone and wait for the extension to pick up the intercom (visual intercom).
2. Call management host
After pressing "0000", you can call the center management host. When you hear the ringback tone waiting for a response, you can ask the management center to open the electronic control lock.
3. Household unlocking password setting and password unlocking operation
●Set the operation of unlocking the password

After the extension machine rings and picks up the phone, press and hold the “unlock” button for 5 seconds before releasing the phone and hanging up. The host displays “L” and enters the password setting program.
After the host enters the password setting program, the keyboard can freely input the 4-digit password, and at the same time store the memory, and the password is set. (The password input must be completed within 20 seconds, otherwise the host will exit the program and re-operate).
4. Receive calls and responses from the management host
(4) Use and operation of the household alarm extension (four defense zones)
1. Receiving a call from the door host
● After receiving the call from the host at the door of the unit, the extension rings, the handset is intercom (visual intercom), and the call time is 90 seconds.
● The host at the door presses any button 0-9 to delay the call. After confirming the identity of the visitor, press the “unlock” button to open the electronic lock and hang up the handle.
2. Receiving call from the central management host and the wall host
After receiving the call from the management host or the wall host, the extension rings, picks up the phone and talks with it, and hangs back the handle after the call is finished. The call time is 90 seconds. Press 0-9 on the management machine or the wall machine to delay the call. (If it is a wall machine call, you can see the image in front of the wall machine).
3. Call management host
Press the “Call” button (visual extension press “Alarm” button) without going off-hook, you can report the building number + room number where the extension is located to the management host, waiting for the callback call of the management host.
