Intercom System generally includes a

1. Single Building Intercom System This system is suitable for high-rise, multi-storey buildings requiring only intercom and electronically controlled unlocking and does not require networking. It consists of a host computer at the door, a user extension, an uninterrupted power supply, and an electronically controlled lock. Using the bus structure, the main line is a three-core line, which is transferred to the user via a layer distributor to a two-core non-polarity line connection. The bus-to-user extension adopts a layer distributor to protect the bus, so that any extension fault or short circuit in the extension does not affect the normal operation of the system, which greatly improves the reliability and stability of the system. The user extensions must be coded, the extensions should be interchangeable, and the after-sales service should be convenient. The system also has direct call and digital options.
2. Network alarm intelligent system The networked alarm intelligent system consists of a management center, a community entrance host, an elevator portal host, a user extension, an inter-floor distributor, and a user extension with various types of alarms. This system adopts the bus structure, the main line is a four-core line, and a video line is added. The ladder-level host passes through the inter-layer distributor to the user's extension and is a four-core line plus a video line.
This building networking system can be configured with multiple cell entrance hosts, and is connected to the elevators of each tower by a bus-type ring structure from a four-core line (an additional video line of the visual system).
The system has various functions such as video intercom, image monitoring, emergency alarm, automatic alarm, security patrolling, IC card access control etc. according to the configuration, and it can carry out intelligent integrated management of the community through computers. Each building is equipped with an elevating unit (multiple sub-elevators can be expanded when there are multiple entrances and exits). The elevating host is equipped with four large-scale LED displays, which usually display the building's building number and unit number. When the imitation guest calls the resident, the room number of the occupant is displayed. Each visit to the resident management center has a record.
The visual host uses a low-light high-definition camera and infrared compensation at night so that residents can clearly see the visitors' images at night.

The user extensions can be connected with infrared anti-theft detectors, door magnetic switches, smoke detectors, fire detectors, emergency buttons, doorbells. There are three ways of disassembling and arming the user's extension burglar alarm: the remote control is attached to the extension, and the IC card and password that the escalator is equipped with. The remote control can also be used as an emergency button for emergency assistance. The user can get timely help anywhere in the room. Emergency call will not interrupt the original call in the system.
The management center can handle information such as alarms from residents, management calls, security patrolling, abnormality of unit electric control doors, open alarms, and IC card access control systems at all levels. It can record the last 32 items of information, connect property management computers, and pass property management software. Record all kinds of information in real time, search and print. At the same time, in the visual system, the management center can be programmed to perform round-trip monitoring of the ladders of the community when it is closed. In principle, it has covered some functions of the district monitoring system.
