1. Building intercom system engineering construction requirements
(1) Install the door host at a good visual level. The recommended height is 150cm (camera height).
(2) The intercom system should not be installed in places where the sun is directly exposed to sunlight, high temperature, snow frost, chemical corrosion and excessive dust.
(3) All networked cabling should generally adopt double-shielded super five-type lines, and the shield layer should be metal braided mesh.
(4) The shielding layer should be connected to all shielding layers of the system and grounded.
(5) The networking wiring is preferably connected in series. The wiring pipe should be iron pipe as much as possible, and both ends of the iron pipe should be well grounded. It should be kept at a distance of more than 50cm from strong electric cables (such as AC 220V, elevator line, cable TV line, etc.) to improve anti-interference and lightning protection.
(6) For the stability of the system and the convenience of future maintenance, the wire ends of all the networked wires should not be placed in the pipe or easily immersed in water. The joints should be soldered and wrapped with heat-shrinkable pipes and waterproof and moisture-proof. .
(7) The connection drip line should be considered at the entrance of the host wiring.
(8) Do not install in a place where the background hum is greater than 70dB, otherwise the noise of the indoor unit receiver may be relatively large.
(9) It is strictly forbidden to operate during the installation process.
(10) After all the connections are connected, it can be checked if the installation is correct.
(11) If there is any abnormality during power-on, immediately turn off the power until the fault is eliminated.
(12) If the system is not normal, please check the section after power off. If the cause of the fault is not ascertained, please inform the agent dealer or the after-sales service department of the manufacturer, and cut the unit to repair or replace the components to cause system damage.
(13) The IC card or ID card used for the first time with the host with access control must be registered by the management center before being used.
2. Building intercom system pipeline construction requirements
(1) The installation of the cable shall comply with the IEEE electrical installation cable laying specifications and relevant national and industrial regulations.
(2) Products that meet the requirements should be selected according to the requirements of the selected import and export product manufacturers.
(3) The indoor wiring is not only required to be reliable and safe, but also to make the line layout reasonable, tidy and securely installed.
(4) The rated voltage of the wire used shall not be greater than the working voltage of the line; the insulation of the wire shall comply with the installation method of the line and the environmental conditions of the laying and the mechanical strength of the wire.
(5) Wiring should be as close as possible to avoid wires. If the joint is not available, the joint must be crimped or welded. Mechanical connections should not be taken at the wire connections and branches.
(6) The wiring should be installed horizontally or vertically in the building. The wiring should be sleeved (plastic or iron water pipes, according to the technical requirements of the indoor wiring), the ceiling can be equipped with hose or PVC pipe, but it needs to be fixed and beautiful.
(7) The signal line cannot be parallel to the high-power power line, and it cannot be worn in the same tube. If the introduction of Century Star is due to environmental constraints, it is necessary to walk parallel lines, and then stay away from 50cm.
(8) The AC power supply should be routed separately. It should not be placed in the same pipe as the signal cable and the low-voltage DC power cable. The installation of the AC power cable should meet the electrical installation requirements.
(9) Controlling the host-to-ceiling wiring requires that the casing be buried in the wall or protected by an iron water pipe to improve the destructive performance of the anti-theft system.
(10) When wiring, distinguish between power lines, communication lines, and signal lines. The wire diameter of the power cord is thick enough to use multi-strand wire; the signal wire and the communication wire adopt five or six types of twisted pair wires, and the shielded twisted pair wire can be used when the environment requirement is high.
